Payment Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering JAIS INTERIO for your interior design needs. We’re excited about the opportunity to bring your vision to life and create a space that reflects your unique personality and lifestyle. The following terms outline our updated payment structure, policies, and conditions, designed to ensure a smooth and transparent collaboration.

Payment Terms & Design Charges – JAIS INTERIO Design Charges – ₹25,000/

A one-time design charge of ₹25,000/- is applicable and payable at the time of project confirmation.

This includes:

Initial concept development. Mood boards and design renders . Layout finalization and technical drawings

This amount will be adjusted against the final invoice.

Projects above ₹10 lakhs:

To initiate and successfully complete your project, we follow a clear and structured four-stage payment

Payment plan:

1. Booking Amount

30% of Total Project Cost Due at the time of project confirmation. This secures your project with us and allows our team to begin design planning, layout development, and resource scheduling.

2. Execution Stage

30% of Total Project Cost Due before on-site work begins. Covers procurement of key materials and vendor mobilization for the initial phase of work.

3. Execution Stage

30% of Total Project Cost Due at a pre-agreed mileston. Ensures continuity and covers ongoing material and labor requirements for mid-to-late execution.

4. Final Settlement

10% of Total Project Cost Due upon final handover and your approval. This final payment confirms successful project delivery and ensures all touch-ups and snag lists are completed to your satisfaction.

Projects below ₹10 lakhs:

To initiate and successfully complete your project, we follow a clear and structured four-stage payment

50% of Total Project Cost Due at the time of project confirmation. This secures your project with us and allows our team to begin design planning, layout development, and resource scheduling.

2. Execution Stage

40% of Total Project Cost Due before on-site work begins. Covers procurement of key materials and vendor mobilization for the initial phase of work.

3. Final Settlement

10% of Total Project Cost

Payment Methods

Cash - Cheque - Bank transfer (details provided upon request)

Late Completion Clause

₹500 per day compensation for delays beyond agreed completion date (provided advance and interim payments are made on time)

Cancellation Policy
