A ₹25,000 Project Confirmation Amount is payable when the project is confirmed. This enables our team to begin the initial planning and coordination required for your project, including:
The ₹25,000 confirmation amount is fully adjustable against the final project bill and will be deducted from the last payment.
A separate Design & Execution Coordination Fee of ₹120 per sq. ft. is applicable for residential and commercial projects, based on the carpet area. The applicable fee is confirmed according to the project size, scope, complexity, and requirements.

To keep the project process transparent, the following terms also apply:
Cash, cheque, or bank transfer
₹1,000 per day compensation for delays beyond the agreed completion date, provided advance and interim payments are made on time.
Payments made are non-refundable upon cancellation, and any outstanding payment becomes immediately due.
Any additional expenses or scope changes will be communicated to the client, with approval sought before proceeding.
