Product Warranty:

We offer a 08-Year Warranty on all woodwork, covering manufacturing defects and installation workmanship.

Note: Hardware, appliances, and accessories are covered under their respective manufacturers' warranties.

Coverage Includes: Cabinets & Shutters:

08-year coverage for core materials such as plywood, MDF, etc., against delamination, edge band peeling, and joint failures.

OEM Products:

(e.g., branded shutters): Covered as per the original manufacturer’s warranty, typically up to 5 years.

Kids’ Furniture:

3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Service Warranty – 1 Year:

We provide a 1-Year Service Warranty on installation-related defects for the following:

Countertops:

Covers installation issues (e.g., joint gaps, grouting, sink leveling). (Excludes material defects and usage damage.)

False Ceilings:

Covers defects in design and installation. (Excludes water damage and improper structural conditions.)

Painting:

Covers fading, peeling, or improper application. (Excludes external environmental impact and aging.)

Electrical Work:

Includes fixture installation issues, loose contacts, and basic wiring faults. (Excludes power surge damage, fixture failure, or third-party modifications.)

Plumbing Work:

Covers leaks and improper fitting. (Excludes water quality issues, misuse, or tampering.)

Civil Work (Tiling, Skirting, Flooring):

Covers workmanship-related faults. (Excludes structural shifts, natural wear, or heavy usage damage.)

Custom Carpentry:

Includes joint issues and material faults in custom items. (Excludes alterations, misuse, and damage from prolonged moisture or heat exposure.)

Shower Enclosures: Covers sealing/caulking issues and manufacturing defects. (Excludes misuse or use of harsh cleaning materials.)

Service Coverage Period:

First 6 Months: 100% free rectification of any eligible installation issue.

Next 6 Months: 75% coverage. The remaining 25% of service costs to be borne by the client.

Warranty Exclusions:

Natural wear and tear. Environmental damage (humidity, flooding, fire, etc.) Damage caused by misuse or negligence Alterations or repairs by unauthorized personnel Glass, mirrors, gas pipelines, and countertops (material defects)

Claim Process:

To raise a claim, contact our service team at +91-8282857533/+91-6292281384. An authorized representative will inspect the issue and initiate repair or replacement if the claim is valid. Note: Replaced items do not carry a fresh warranty.

Free Maintenance Visit:

First 6 Months: One free service visit for routine checks, adjustments, and basic maintenance.

After 6 Months: Service visits are chargeable.

Important Notice on Payment Delays:

Timely payments are essential for maintaining the project schedule.

If there is any delay in payments as per the agreed payment stages, project progress will be paused and the delivery timeline will be extended accordingly. JAIS INTERIO will not be held responsible for any delays caused due to pending dues from the client’s side.
