Kindly note that GST is not included in the quoted amount. An additional 18% GST will be applicable and will be added to the final billing value at the time of invoicing.
Jais Interio will provide either a set of tandem baskets with a bottle pull-out or a basket set with a bottle pull-out as part of the standard kitchen fittings. If you require special or premium kitchen accessories such as a wicker basket, magic corner, step dustbin, sink, or similar fittings, additional charges will apply.
The scope of work includes the provision of four (4) drawers and standard hangers in the wardrobe. Any request for special or premium wardrobe accessories, including but not limited to organiser trays, lift-top fittings, or similar accessories, shall be subject to additional charges, payable by the client.
The standard scope of work includes the provision of switches and boards similar to the existing installation. Any requirement for special or premium electrical accessories, including but not limited to:
• Smart switchboards
• Decorative lighting (pendant lights, chandeliers, designer lights)
• Premium fittings or modular accessories
shall be provided separately at additional charges, payable by the client. Pricing for these items will be discussed and approved in advance, ensuring full transparency.
Jais Interio offers laminate selections under three categories: Jais Inspire, Jais Signature, and Jais Signature+. Jais Inspire includes laminates valued up to ₹1,200, Jais Signature includes laminates valued up to ₹3,000, and Jais Signature+ includes laminates valued up to ₹5,000. If you choose laminates beyond these ranges or prefer premium options, additional charges will apply accordingly.
All painting work will be executed as per the material specifications outlined in the approved estimate. Kindly note that finishes such as texture paint, wallpaper, wainscoting, PU paint and DUCO work are not included in the standard scope. These can be incorporated upon request at an additional cost, subject to client approval.
Basins, granite, quartz WC, Corian (acrylic solid surface) and all associated fittings are excluded from the scope of work. Any additional requirements such as vanity top basins, washing machine counter top basins, or similar fittings shall be provided only at additional cost, payable by the client.
Raw tinted glass, fluted glass, and other standard glass variants are included within the defined scope of work. Any requirement for toughened glass or other specialized glass specifications shall be treated as a variation and will incur additional costs, to be borne by the client.
All air conditioning-related works, including installation & uninstallation of indoor and outdoor units, copper piping insulation, and drainage systems, are excluded from our scope of work. The same shall be arranged independently by the client. However, if required, these services can be provided by Jais Interio at an additional cost and will be subject to client approval.
Jais Interio's responsibility shall apply only to the materials and items expressly mentioned in this quotation. Any materials, fittings, appliances, or electronic items supplied by the client or procured from third-party vendors are expressly excluded from Jais Interio's responsibility. Jais Interio shall not be held liable for any issues related to installation, performance, functionality, defects, damages, delays, or warranty claims arising from such externally supplied items.
This is a preliminary estimate provided to give you a clear cost indication. The final billing amount may vary by approximately 5% to 10%, either less or more, based on the actual work executed and materials used. Any such variation will be discussed and explained in advance, ensuring complete transparency throughout the project.
The quoted prices are valid for one month from the date of this quotation. Any changes required after this period may be subject to revision based on prevailing material and market conditions. We will, of course, discuss any revisions with you in advance.
